Enjoy a fun-filled weekend with girlfriends, sisters, mothers or just on your own!  Our historic 1812 home becomes your home away from home for two nights, with festivities planned for the ultimate women’s getaway.  Break free from the routine and treat yourself right…you deserve it!

Arrive at the inn on Friday and enjoy a reception of wine, soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres by the fire.  A welcome basket full of surprises will be waiting for you, as you check into your beautiful guest room.  Wine Appetizers

After a relaxing evening and a good night’s sleep, you will wake to the aroma of a fabulous breakfast served in our dining room on Saturday morning. Breakfast at the Dutch Iris Inn

The day is yours to enjoy on Saturday – we have a fun list of eclectic shops, farm stores and sugarhouses to visit, maps for hiking and biking trails, and opportunities to discover the art and history in our area. 

…Or, you can pamper yourself with a variety of spa treatments to relax and rejuvenate your senses.  Please note that spa services are an additional cost, not included in the weekend package - please contact New Beginnings Day Spa for specials and availability. 

At 5pm on Saturday, limousine service will bring everyone to The Bleu Willow, a unique shop of vintage hip finds, for an after-closing social hour and private shopping opportunity (discounts!). The Bleu Willow

Then back in the limo we go, to dine at the ever-popular Abigail’s Grille & Wine Bar, an historic New England tavern built in 1780.  Chef Louis is offering a prix fixe menu with your choice of salad, entrée and dessert.Abigail's Grille & Wine Bar 

Upon return to the inn, sit back and relax in front of the fire with a cup of coffee, tea or a nightcap.  Food by the fireSleep soundly, knowing you treated yourself well this weekend, and top it off with another delicious and leisurely breakfast on Sunday morning before heading home.

Please tour the rest of our website to view rooms and amenities, and to learn more about our inn and the beautiful Farmington Valley area.  Our guest rooms have their own private en suite bathrooms, and each guest room has one king, or one queen, or one full size bed.  A roll-away cot can be set up in the Chickering Room, Spring Garden Room and Victorian Room, if you prefer not to bunk with your travelling companion.  We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the inn or this package – simply give us a call! 

To make a reservation or inquire about availability, please call the inn (toll free 877-280-0743).  Reservations for this special weekend cannot be made online, as we hold/block out all 6 guest rooms for Women’s Weekend.  Advanced payment is required, and the cancellation policy for the Women’s Weekend is as follows:  

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance receive full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive no refund unless we can rebook the package; if we can rebook, a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee will be issued

  • 2 night stay in a beautifully appointed guest room (private en suite bathroom)

  • Fabulous breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings
  • Limousine transportation to and from Saturday evening events
  • After-closing social hour and opportunity for private shopping at the Bleu Willow
  • Dinner at Abigail’s Grille & Wine Bar (cost of beverages not included)
  • All the other amenities and perks traditionally offered at the Dutch Iris Inn
