Reservations & Policies
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy (same rate), not including tax; CT State lodging tax must be paid in addition to the room rate.
Room rates include a full breakfast, as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages available in our Breakfast Room at all times.
Some rooms can accommodate a third person on a cot: Chickering Room, Spring Garden Room, Victorian Room. The fee for an additional person is $25 per night, plus tax.
A one-night deposit (plus tax) is required for all reservations, per room. The balance is collected prior to check-out. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check (in advance) or cash.
Policies
Cancellations for one room must be made at least seven days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. This policy also applies to reservations made with a Gift Certificate. If multiple rooms are reserved, additional advanced notice is required; please call the Inn for details.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, but we are flexible and will gladly accommodate other times, simply give us a call. Check-out time is 10:00 am, but feel free to ask for a later check-out time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Children 12 years and older are welcome.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors, not indoors. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.
Pets, we are sorry to say, are not allowed.
Amenities
- Wireless Internet access is available throughout the Inn.
- Guests have free access to a nearby state-of-the-art fitness facility.
- A guest refrigerator and a microwave are available in our Breakfast Room at all times.
- Central heat and central air conditioning runs throughout the Inn.
- Fireplaces are available in some rooms and can be used during appropriate seasons.
- Each room is equipped with digital cable TV with music and movie channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and of course an alarm clock.
